At Memorial Lutheran Chapel in Madison this morning at 8 o’clock, Miss Mildred Evelyn Behrens, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alex Behrens, Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.), became the bride of Churchill Eisenhart, Madison, son of Dean and Mrs. Luther Pfahler Eisenhart of Princeton, N.J., and Greensborough, Vt.

Miss Eileen Behrens, a sophomore at Stout Institute, Menomonie, attended her sister as maid of honor, and Prof. H. Brink of the University of Wisconsin was Mr. Eisenhart’s best man.

For the simple ceremony the bride wore a black dressmaker suit with black an white accessories, a black Gibson Girl hat, and a corsage of white orchids. Her sister was dressed in a black and white pinstripe tailored suit with black accessories, and wore yellow orchids.

A wedding breakfast was served to the wedding party at Kennedy Manor after the ceremony. Immediately after the breakfast. Mr. and Mrs. Eisenhart left on a wedding trip through Canada and the New England States. Their itinerary will include a boat trip up the St. Lawrence River, to Quebec, Canada, the Gaspe Peninsula, and to Greensborough, Vt., the summer home of the bridegroom, Princeton, N.J., and the New York World’s Fair.

After Sept. 5 the couple will be at home to friends at Kennedy Manor in Madison.

The bridegroom is agronomy statistician and mathematics instructor at the University of Wisconsin. He studied four years at the University of Princeton and three years at the University of London, where he received his PhD degree.

Mrs. Eisenhart, a graduate of the Greenwood High School, is attending the University of Wisconsin, where she will continue her studies in speech and radio work.
