Wearing a cadet-blue tailored suit with navy accessories and a corsage of gardenias, Miss Macie Quesenberry, Arlington, Va., daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Quesenberry, Indian Valley, Virginia, became the bride of Dale Harold Stabnow, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Stabnow, Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.). The wedding ceremony was read May 1, 1946, at 7 p.m., in Calvary Methodist Church at Arlington with the Rev. Thomas G. Betscheler officiating. Calla lilies and palms decorated the altar.

The bride’s sister, Miss Ruby Quesenberry, in a fuchsia colored suit and wearing snakeskin shoes and carrying a matching purse, was maid of honor. Her flowers were a shoulder corsage arrangement of pink and white carnations.

John W. Webb Jr., Fort Belvoir, Va., was best man.

Following the ceremony a reception was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Crawford, at Arlington.

After a brief wedding trip to New York City the couple came to Greenwood where they are making their home.

Mrs. Stabnow was graduated from the Willis High School with the class of 1941 and her bridegroom was a member of the 1938 graduating class of the Greenwood High School.

For the past two years Mrs. Stabnow had been employed by the War Department at Washington, D.C.

Mr. Stabnow was inducted into Army service Dec. 9, 1941, at Chicago, Ill. He received his basic training at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo., and served in the Asiatic-Pacific Theater of Operations from April 1942 until March 1944. Nov. 13, 1945, he was granted a discharge from service at Fort Belvoir, Va.
