Niedzwiecki OWEN -- Walter George Niedzwiecki, 80, of Owen, died Thursday, Jan. 4, 2007, at the Clark County Health Care Center, Owen. Funeral services will be at 7 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 7, 2007, at Maurina Funeral Home, Owen. Burial will be in All Saints Polish National Catholic Cemetery, Chicago. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Further arrangements are pending with Hill Funeral Home, Des Plaines, Ill. Walter was born Dec. 21, 1926, in Chicago to Vincent and Agnes (Patelski) Niedzwiecki. He is survived by his wife, Esther of Owen; two daughters, Carol Dougherty of Hoffman Estates, Ill., and Sue Niedzwiecki of Gurnee, Ill.; two brothers, Ed Niedzwiecki of Ionia, Mich., Henry Niedzwiecki of Barrington, Ill.; one sister, Helen Anzalone of Eldon, Mo.; a half-sister, Dorothy Nickey of Rosemont, Ill.; two granddaughters; his stepchildren, Morris Luke of Hermantown, Minn., and Ellen Bailey of Allan, Texas; and his three stepgrandchildren. |
