The St. Patrick’s church in Janesville was the scene of the marriage Saturday morning, Feb. 26th, ay 9 o’clock of Miss Margaret Evelyn Nelson, Janesville, to Edwin J. Froeba, Stoughton, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Froeba, Loyal, Wis. The bride is a niece of Mr. and Mrs. R. R. Hughes, Racine. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. J. J. Hollerman.

Given in marriage by her uncle, the bride wore a beige bolero suit with brown accessories and a corsage of yellow roses and violets. Mrs. Mildred Fox, bridesmaid, was attired in a powder blue suit with navy blue accessories. Her corsage consisted of pink roses and violets.

Arthur Lacy attended Mr. Froeba as best man.

The wedding marches were played by Mrs. Anne Malecke who also sang, “Ave Marie.”

Following the ceremony a wedding breakfast for 25 guests was served at Mrs. Olson’s in Janesville, after which the couple left on a wedding trip to Chicago. Out of town guests at the wedding included Mr. and Mrs. R. R. Hughes, Mrs. Joseph Mann, Mrs. Ann Iverson, Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell Holden, Richard Nelson, and John Torge, Racine; Mrs. Z. Shepard, Kenosha, and Mrs. M. Melton, Madison.

Mr. Froeba is a chiropractor in Stoughton. Mrs. Froeba will continue to be employed in Janesville for a few months.
