Radke, Elsie (Marriage - DEC 1917)

According to reports two weddings took place last week in which Neillsville parties played the prominent part, at Camp McArthur, Waco, Texas.

Private Milton Page and Miss Josephine Marx are the principals in one of these happy events. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Matthew Marx, of this city, and is an accomplished young lady. The groom is the son of J. W. Page and is a young man of high character.

The other union reported is that of Private Albert Dahnert and Miss Elsie Radke. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Dahnert, of Levis, Clark County, Wis., and is one of the most reliable young men brought up in this vicinity. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. F. Radke, and is a most worthy young lady.

We might well wish these young people had before them no prospects of soon parting. We will wish them however, the happy reunion which will come with the happy dawn of peace.
