November 20, 2002 Taft - by Mrs. Eugene Rosemeyer On Monday evening Tim and Debbie Conway and Greg and Jeanie Somek of Neillsville met Greg and Chandra Sromek of Menomonie in Eau Claire at Red Lobster to celebrate Chandra's birthday. George and Ethyl Meeker of Stanley were Saturday night visitors at the home of Irene Draeger. Sunday visitors with Irene were Tery, Gerl and Josh Draeger, Rickey Draeger and friend, and Mike, Lorraine and Michael Nosko. The Learn & Earn Homemakers Club held their November meeting at the home of Dorothy Rosemeyer on Tuesday. After dinner and the meeting, the club enjoyed making Christmas tray favors for the residents of Zastrows Care Center in Gilman. On Saturday afternoon Celia Samplawski stopped in to visit former Taft resident, Jeanie Wincek Walker at Lakeside.
