Source: Greenwood Gleaner (Greenwood, Clark Co., Wis.) 09/07/1944 Palma, Bernice (29 AUG 1944) Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Flikke announce the marriage of their daughter Bernice Palma to Earle L. Nelson, son of Mr. and Alex Nelson, Viroqua, Wis. The single ring ceremony was performed Aug. 29, 1944 at 4 o’clock at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church at LaCrosse, Wis., Rev. Mars Dale officiating. Attending the couple were the groom’s sister and brother, Helen and Chester Nelson. They will make their home at Viroqua. Friends and neighbors honored them with a miscellaneous shower Saturday afternoon. The Gleaner joins their many friends in extending congratulations. And best wishes for many years of happy wedded life. |
