Surnames: HILT SCHLAACK PESCHKE The Loyal Tribune 09 June 1938 Hilt, Mable E. (28 MAY 1938) Miss Mable Eva Hilt, Beaver, and Mr. Roy C. Schlaack, Pickett, Wis., were united in marriage Saturday, May 28th, at 1:00 P. M. at the Lutheran parsonage in Ripon, Wis. Rev. C. Kehle performed the ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leo Hilt, Beaver, the bridegroom is the youngest son of Mrs. Fred Schlaack of Pickett, Wis. The couple were attended by Mr. and Mrs. Fred Peschke, sister and brother-in-law of the bride. Mr. and Mrs. Schlaack left immediately for a wedding trip where they visited with the bride’s parents in Beaver and relatives of the groom at Wausau. A miscellaneous shower was given in their honor at the Beaver Town Hall Saturday evening. The young couple left for Pickett Saturday where they will make their home on the farm of the groom.
