Miss Dorothy Rose Riley, daughter of the Rev. and Mrs. A. C. Riley, Deer Creek, Ill., became the bride of Rodney D. Fuller, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Fuller, Unity, in a wedding ceremony performed at the First Baptist Church at Goodfield, Ill., Sept. 14, at 4 p.m. Mrs. Loran Bornwell played a prelude of organ music and Frances Riley sang “Because” and “Always.” The Rev. Mr. Riley read the marriage vows for his daughter’s wedding.

Attendants were Muriel and Frances Riley and Mrs. Fred Rayburn, sisters of the bride. Wayne Fuller was his brother’s best man.

For her wedding, the bride chose a gown of velveray organza over white satin. A seed pearl tiara held her finger-tip veil and for jewelry she wore pearls, a gift from the groom. She carried white gladioli.

Muriel Riley, maid of honor, and the other two sisters wore identical frocks of yellow, pink and blue taffeta. Muriel held orchid gladioli and the bridesmaids carried pink gladioli.

Daniel Rayburn, a nephew of the bride, was ring bearer; Carole Cornwell, flower girl; and Lyle Fuller and Fred Rayburn, ushers.

Following the church service, supper was served to members of the two families at the Riley home. A reception for relatives and friends were held at the church.

Mr. Fuller a graduate of the Unity High School with the class of 1940, is employed as a mechanic in a garage in that community since his release from army service after three years of duty in the European Theater of Operations. Mrs. Fuller was graduated from the Colby High School in 1942 and attended Shurtleif college at Alton, Ill. For the past year and a half she has been employed as a secretary by the Caterpillar Tractor Company.

Guests included the Rev. and Mrs. Morley Hartley, Clinton, Ill.; Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Fuller, Wausau; Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Fuller, Janesville; Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Fuller and Mrs. Chester Olson, Unity.
