BioM: Harriman, Mary F. (1882) Surnames: Harriman, Edgbert, Ross Source: Neillsville Times (Neillsville, Clark County, Wis.) 5 Dec. 1882 Harriman, Mary F. (Marriage – 29 Nov. 1882) Edgbert-Harriman – In the city of Neillsville, on Wednesday, Nov. 29th, 1882, at the residence of the bride’s parents, by Rev. W. H. Ross, Mr. William D. Edgbert, of Summer, Barron County, to Miss Mary F. Harriman, of Neillsville. In relation to the above union, it is only necessary to say that Mr. Edgbert is comparatively a stranger to this community, but he is well and favorably known throughout the county where he resides; he is spoken of as a gentleman of sterling worth, excellent habits, and a possession of a considerable portion of this world’s goods. SO our judgment is, that he is a man not only worthy of an excellent judge, as he clearly shoed by his selection of Miss Mary Harriman, who is too well known in this community to need any commendation from us. She will be greatly missed by the best circle of society in this city, but all unite in wishing her a happy, prosperous life, which she well deserves. May joy and gladness ever reign supreme in their home and throughout their lifes. |
