Surnames: FLORKOWSKI ZELLER OLSON SABROWSKY ---Source: THORP COURIER (Thorp, Clark County, Wis.) 12/24/1936 Zeller, Elta (22 DEC 1936) Elta Zeller, daughter of Mr. Mylo Zeller of south of Stanley, and John Florkowski, son of Mr. John Florkowski Sr. of the town of Worden (Clark Co., Wis.), were united in marriage on Tuesday afternoon, Dec. 22, 1936, at 12:30 o’clock in the Lutheran Parsonage, Rev. F. H. Sprengler officiating. The bride wore a formal satin patre blue dress. The bridesmaid, Mae Olson, wore a formal satin coral dress. The groom and best man wore the conventional blue suits. Best man being Earl Sabrowsky. A wedding dance was given in the Thorp Opera House in the evening. The newlyweds are well known in Thorp and vicinity. They are employed here and will make their home in this village. |
