Wearing a gown of white moiré taffeta, designed with short puffed sleeves and a bustle back, Miss Alyce K. Fulwiler, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Fulwiler, Loyal, approached the altar of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church here Monday morning at nine o’clock to become the bride of Myron L. Miedaner, son of Mr. and Mrs. Mike Miedaner, 706 W. Blodgett street, Marshfield.

The Rev. Aloys Zinthefer, pastor, celebrated the nuptial mass and performed the double ring ceremony. The pontifical wedding march by Gounod was played during the bridal party’s processional.

White pompoms predominated in the bouquet carried by the bride, whose illusion blush veil, in fingertip length, was held in place by Juliet cap and crown of orange blossoms.

Bridesmaids were Miss Irene Fulwiler, sister of the bride, and Miss LaVerne Miedaner, Stevens Point, sister of the bridegroom, who appeared in blue moiré taffeta frocks designed on the same lines as the bridal gown. They carried colonial bouquets of pompoms and roses.

Frank McGivern, Marshfield, attended Mr. Miedaner as best man. Robert Fulwiler, brother of the bride, served as usher.

Autumn leaves and orange and blue streamers decorated the Fulwiler residence for the wedding reception and luncheon which followed the ceremony. Approximately 40 immediate relatives and friends attended.

Out of town guests included Mr. and Mrs. Mike Miedaner and family, Miss Bertha Masten, Mr. and Mrs. George Fulwiler, and Frank Vedder, Marshfield, Miss Dorothy Fulwiler, Winona, Minn.; Mrs. Merville Masten, Stevens Point; Mr. and Mrs. Heigel, Mrs. Sternberg, and Mrs. Sense, Wausau; Mrs. Ernest McIntyre, Neillsville; and Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Martinek, Ft. Atkinson, Ia., Mr. and Mrs. W. Fulwiler, Green Bay, and Mrs. F. Boechman, Marshfield.

Mr. Miedaner and his bride left on a wedding trip and after Nov. 1 will be at home to friends at 821 N. Central avenue, Marshfield.

The bridegroom, who was graduated from McKinley High School in 1934, and attended the University of Wisconsin at Madison, is in the wholesale meat business.

Mrs. Miedaner was graduated from the Loyal High School in 1934, and for the past four years was employed in the Commonwealth Telephone Company office here, and held the position of chief operator since 1937.
