Surnames: Nitz, Booth, Pinsch ---Source: THORP COURIER (Thorp, Clark County, Wis.) 01/11/1940 Nitz, Florence E. (3 JAN 1940) Miss Florence Ella, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Nitz of the South Worden country (Clark Co., Wis.), and Glenn Booth, oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Booth of Stanley, were quietly married at the Brethren parsonage of the Maple Grove settlement on Wednesday evening, Jan. 3rd at 8 o’clock. Rev. Clayton Mock performed the ceremony. They were attended by Miss Pauline Pinsch of Stanley, and Donald Booth, brother of the groom. Both the bride and groom were born at Hancock, Minn., and while small children moved with their parents to the Stanley community. Both have a host of friends who join in wishing them a long life of happiness, joy and prosperity together. |
