Vaitonis, Helen #2 (31 DEC 1939)

At a ceremony performed New Year’s Eve at 9:30 o’clock, Miss Helen Vaitonis, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Anton Vaitonis of Longwood (Clark Co., Wis.), became the bride of Clinton G. Loos, son of Mr. and Mrs. Emil Loos of Colby. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Harry Lee, pastor of the Methodist Episcopal Church, Colby, at the home of the bridegroom’s parents.

The bride was attired in a gown of rose satin and wore a Juliet cap with a tiny veil. Her bouquet was comprised of roses an baby mums. Tony Vaitonis of Chicago and Vernon Loos of Colby, brothers of the bride and bridegroom, were the only attendants.

The bride is a graduate of the Longwood Grade School and the Owen High School and is employed at the ?(the paper missed a portion of the write up).

Mr. Loos is a graduate of the Colby High School and is employed at the Loos Machine Shop. He and his bride are now residing in the upper rooms of the Gust Henkel apartment in Colby.
