Pech, Dorothy Amelia (Marriage – 6 Aug. 1943)

Miss Dorothy Amelia Pech, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Pech of Unity became the bride of Pfc. Wayne J. Fuller, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Fuller of Unity, in a nuptial service read at the bride’s home by the Rev. Floyd A. Fahlgren of Neillsville, brother in law of the groom, at high noon Friday, Aug. 6th. Attendants were Miss Eleanor Pech of Green Bay, sister of the bride, and Lyle Fuller of Wausau, brother of the groom.

The bride wore a floor-length white ninon gown with finger-tip veil of illusion and carried a bouquet of white gladioli. Her sister wore a long pink frock of ninon sheer and a corsage of pink gladioli and swansonia.

Immediate relatives and closest friends witnessed the ceremony and later were served luncheon at the Pech home.

Both the bride and the groom were graduated from the Unity High School in 1938. Mrs. Fuller will continue managing the Park View Beauty Parlor of Park Falls, Wis., a position she has held for the past two years. Her husband will return on to Campbell Army Air Field at Camp Campbell, Ky., where he is in the office of the army air base detachment.

Guests were Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Fuller and family of Wausau, Rev. and Mrs. Floyd Fahlgren and family of Neillsville, Mr. and Mrs. Chester Olson of Melrose, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Prohaski and Mr. and Mrs. George Leighty of Phillips and Mrs. Eleanor Pech of Green Bay.
