Hittman, Evelyn (Marriage – 18 Dec. 1943)

A double ring ceremony united Miss Evelyn Hittman of Milwaukee and Charles Goldamer, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Goldamer, also of Milwaukee, formerly of Abbotsford, in marriage. Vows were exchanged at 4:00 o’clock, Saturday afternoon, Dec. 18, in the Bethlehem Evangelical Lutheran church at Milwaukee.

The bride and her attendants, Miss Joyce Hinze, a friend, and Miss Rose Marie Goldamer, sister of the groom, were all gowned in white and all wore shoulder corsages.

Attending the groom were Lewis Goldamer, his brother, of Abbotsford, and Lawrence Hessel, of Milwaukee.

The groom, who has been employed at recapping tires for H. O. Stenzel, of Milwaukee, will be leaving for the army soon. The bride is employed at a Walgreen drug store.

Mr. and Mrs. Goldamer spent the week-end in Abbotsford.
