Surnames: Boeger, Fasse Source: Loyal TRG 28 November 2007 Boeger, Leslie D. #3 (28 MAY 1918 – 15 NOV 2007) Leslie D. Boeger, 89, Abbotsford, died on Thursday, Nov. 15, 2007, at the Clark County Health Care Center, Owen. A memorial service was held at 11 a.m., on Tuesday, Nov. 27, at Maurina Funeral Home, Abbotsford. The Rev. Kenneth A. Dix officiated. Burial was in the Abbotsford Public Cemetery. Leslie D. Boeger was born on May 28, 1918, in the town of Johnson, to Anton and Sophia (nee Fasse) Boeger. He served in the Army from 1941-45, during World War ll. He then worked 45 years as a farm laborer, most recently on the Jeff Chris farm, Abbotsford. Survivors include one brother, Verland Boeger, Stratford. Preceding him in death were two brothers. |
