Dorchester - Dec. 8, 1887

The new bell sounds fine.

Wood pile on front street.

New clerk at Van Dussen’s store.

A. D. Bass drove over from Curtiss, Tuesday.

F. Rietbrock returned to Milwaukee Saturday.

W. K. is making another break – under his nose.

Geo. W. Dodge spent a few hours with us Friday.

Get a ticket for the G.A.R. dance at the Post Office.

R. C.’s blacks are in the hands of sevagerous Henry.

J. J. Lansworth went up the line, Tuesday, on business.

Mrs. B. Bengsten returned to her home at Phillips, Saturday.

Ed Swartz, of Stevens Point, stopped here for a few days, this week.

Lorrell Cole intends to take in the writing school here this winter.

Chas. Goss, of Hancock, “dealt ‘em up” with old timers here, Saturday.

Dr. H. M. Nedry is so as to be around after an illness of a few days.

R. A. Welsch and A. Barnes, of Milwaukee, Sundayed at the Central.

Delphas LaClaire, of Prentice, is visiting relatives and friends, here, this week.

T. B. Marcoe and Peter Sheff, Jr., of Stetsonville, were here on business, Monday.

We had the pleasure of shaking hands with our friend A. R. Solle, of Milwaukee, a few days ago.

Elder Dix preached to a large congregation at English church, Sunday last. Who says donation for the Elder?

E. H. Winchester has received a new safe, the one heretofore in use being too small and not safe enough.

Miss Mary Lunn, Elder Dix, J. E. Bursell and wife, and several others attended the S. of T. convention, at Westboro, Friday last.
