Surnames: Beil, Steiner, Chitwood, Brockman, Schofield Source: Colby Phonograph (Colby, Clark County, Wis.) 06/13/1946 Beil, Vera (Marriage – 4 June 1946) Vera Beil of Abbotsford, daughter of Mrs. Genevieve Chitwood of Miles Coty, Mont., and Louis F. Steiner of Medford, exchanged wedding vows in the Catholic church at Stratford June 4, at 7:30 a.m. The Rev. Francis J. Brockman officiated. For her wedding the bride wore a blue suit with brown accessories and a corsage of red roses. Her sister, Genevieve Schofield of Miles City, in a light green suit and a corsage of red roses and white carnations, was maid of honor. John Steiner was his brother’s best man. Following the ceremony breakfast was served. Mr. Steiner attended the Medford High School and his wife was enrolled at the Custer County High School of Miles City, Mont. He is now engaged as manager of the bride’s general store at Stratford where the couple will reside. |
