Goodell, Phyllis Cecil (Marriage – 5 Oct. 1946)

Miss Phyllis Cecil Goodell, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Everett Goodell of Loyal, Wis., Rt. 1, and Paul Lester Sill, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Sill of Colby, were united in marriage Saturday, October 5th, at 1:00 P.M. at the Zion Lutheran parsonage in Colby, Rev. O. Hoffmann reading the marriage ceremony. The couple was attended by Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Horan of Neillsville, Wis.

The bride was attired in a gray wool suit with flesh colored scarf and carot, black shoes and black over the shoulder purse. Her corsage consisted of pompoms and pink roses. Mrs. Horan wore a powder blue suit with copper purse and blouse and black carot. Her corsage also consisted of pompoms and pink roses.

A reception was given at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Everett Goodell.

Mr. and Mrs. Sill will be at home after October 15th on a farm three and one-half miles west of Spencer on Highway 98.
