Miles, Helen (4 SEP 1940)

A quiet wedding was solemnized at 11 o’clock A. M. on September 4, 1940, at the Central Presbyterian Church, St. Paul, Minn., when Miss Helen Miles, daughter of Mrs. Cora Miles, Minneapolis, formerly of Loyal, Wis., became the bride of George Heathcock, son of Mrs. Anna Heathcock, Wilkes Barre, Pa.

The Rev. Harry Wilson, D. D. performed the ceremony in the presence of immediate relatives and friends.

The attendants were Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Reno, of Los Angeles, Calif., friends of the bridal couple.

Following the ceremony, a dinner was served to the wedding party.

Mrs. Heathcock is a graduate of Loyal High School, class of 1932 and of Calhoun Secretarial School of Minneapolis. She also completed a short course at the Minnesota School of Business, Minneapolis.

Mr. Heathcock is a graduate of Dunwoody Institute, Minneapolis, and has a position with the Streater Lumber Company, Spring Park, Minn., where the couple now reside.
