Otto Sauter made a business trip to Abbotsford Tuesday.

Henry Hipscher and Herbert Leitz autoed to Colby Tuesday.

Jerry Sullivan of Abbotsford was a Dorchester visitor over Sunday.

Chas. Schube and son were business visitors at Dorchester Thursday.

John Hartman and Max Bach of Medford were in town last Sunday.

Arthur Baker, of Spencer, and Bob Shortell, of Colby, spent Tuesday in our city.

Messrs. John Schmitt, Paul Lotzer and John Schlimm autoed to Athens Wednesday.

Misses Amy and Bernice Farley of Abbotsford spent the week-end at the Neidhold home.

Ferdinand Zastrow came up from Loyal last Sunday to spend a few hours with his family.

Theo. Johnson, of Nelsonville, Wis., spent the latter part of last week at the G. A. Beebe home.

Mrs. Premeau and daughters of Westboro were guests at the Gilbert Marlowe home Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Kurt Beyries of Wausau spent a few days here the first of the week with relatives.

Oscar Peterson and family autoed up from Granton last Sunday to attend the Fair and Bazaar.

Mrs. Ernest Sorenson returned from Ogema Tuesday after visiting relatives there for a few days.

George Bassler left for Plainfield Tuesday for a short visit with his wife who is sick at that place.

Henry Schroeder, who has been visiting Fred Lindau, returned to his home at Wausau Monday noon.

A stag (?) party was held at Neidholds Corner Saturday evening, a good time was reported by all present.

Last Friday, Oct. 22, the local freight No. 144 killed live head of cattle belonging to Gust Tischendorf.

Len Neidhold left for Oshkosh Sunday.

C. Marx of Milwaukee is visiting at the B. Burns home.

Mrs. E. Sorenson left Wednesday for a visit at No. St. Paul.

Henry Lotzer returned Wednesday from a visit at Edgar.

Miss Essie Patrick of Unity visited her sister Wednesday.

George Meddeaugh returned home from Bancroft Friday.

Wm. Tabor of Abbotsford called on friends here Wednesday.

Harry Curren was down from Medford Sunday between trains.

Walter Klaar of Jerkwater spent Sunday at the Fred Lindau home.

The Misses Anna Ridderbush and Alice Froland spent Sunday at Spencer.

Edna and Olga Paulson were Abbotsford visitors Saturday and Sunday.

Lelah LeClaire returned home Wednesday from a two weeks visit at Chippewa Falls.

Misses Viola Kading and Bertha Mueller were Medford shoppers Wednesday afternoon.

Ed. Burss and family autoed from Thorp last Friday and spent a few days with relatives here.

Rev. F. H. Moecker was at Marshfield a few days the forepart of the week to attend Conference.

Freda Haeuser came home Saturday night from Hibbing, Minn., for an extended visit at her home here.

A number of friends gathered at the B. Burns home Sunday afternoon in honor of Mrs. Burns birthday.

Mrs. S. Carter and children left Wednesday night for Portland, Ore., where they intend to make their future home.

Geo. Koehn received a blooded Jersey cow from Waukesha Thursday, he expects to get another one in a few weeks.

Henry Schroeder, who spent the summer at the Fred Lindau home, left the forepart of the week for his home at Wausau.

Miss Marie Johnson left Wednesday for her home at Brooklyn, N. Y., after spending a few months here with relatives and friends.
