Smith, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert E. Smith of Curtiss, and Arthur D. Harris, son of Mr. and Mrs. Sam Harris of Waupaca, exchanged marriage vows at the First Ev. and Reformed parsonage at Colby Saturday, Dec. 11, Rev. F. P. Puhlmann reading the marriage ceremony. The couple was attended by Mr. and Mrs. Harold House of Curtiss. Mr. House is a cousin of the groom. The bride was attired in a royal blue crepe dress, trimmed with silver sequins. Her corsage was made up of red roses and white carnations. Mrs. Harris is a graduate of Owen High School. The groom attended Curtiss High School and served in the navy three and one-half years. He is now employed as a truck driver and his wife is employed at the Curtiss State Bank. The couple will make their home in Curtiss. A reception and supper were given at the home of the bride’s parents and a wedding dance at the Curtiss village hall.
