Patricia L. Plechacek, 35, of Withee, formerly of Thorp, died Sunday, Jan. 13, 2008, at Saint Joseph's Hospital.

Funeral services are at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 16, at St. Bernard's - St. Hedwig's Catholic Church, Thorp.

Visitations are Tuesday, Jan. 15, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. with a 7 p.m. rosary service at Thorp Funeral Home and Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. until service time at the church.

Thorp Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Patricia L. Plechacek

WITHEE -- Patricia L. Plechacek, 35, of Withee, formerly of Thorp, died Sunday, Jan. 13, 2008, at Saint Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Bernard-St. Hedwig's Catholic Church in Thorp. Burial will follow in St. Bernard's Catholic Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. today at Thorp Funeral Home, with a rosary service set to begin at 7 p.m. Visitation also will be Wednesday at the church from 9:30 a.m. until time of service.

Patricia Louise Plechacek was born April 13, 1972, in Chippewa Falls, the daughter of Anton and Ruth (Bruun) Plechacek. She had worked at Adult Development Service for five years, was involved with the Special Olympics for several years and was active with the Clark County Outreach program.

She is survived by her parents, Tony and Ruth Plechacek of Thorp; and six siblings, David (Penelope) of Lake St. Louis, Mo., Rita (Thomas) Johnson of Stevens Point, Paul (Cheryl) of Willard, Daniel (Rita) of Chippewa Falls, Michael of Thorp, Carol (James) Rowell of Colorado Springs, Colo.
