Schoengarth Elected

Lowell D. Schoengarth was elected Clark county judge in Tuesday’s election, receiving 4,061 votes while his opponent, Richard F. Gaffney, received 2,152. On Dec. 31, O. W. Schoengarth, father of Lowell, will take leave of his post as county judge after serving on the bench for 50 years.
