The marriage of Miss Aline Daniel, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Reinhold Daniel of the Town of Reseburg (Clark Co., Wis.), and Mr. Kenneth Bobb, son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Bobb, also of the Town of Reseburg, took place on Thursday, Dec. 18, 1941, at 2:30 in the afternoon at the Lutheran parsonage in the village (Thorp, Clark Co.). Rev. F.H. Sprengler performed the ceremony. They were attended by John Qualheim and Miss Alice Bobb, who wore a dress of blue with red carnation corsage. The bride was attired in blue silk crepe with a corsage of pink camellias and roses. The groom and attendant wore blue suits and boutonnieres of white carnations. A reception following the ceremony was held at the groom’s home where sixty guests were served dinner at six o’clock. The newly wedded couple will make their home in this vicinity on a farm. Their many friends in this community join the “Courier” in extending best wishes for a long and prosperous life of wedded bliss.
Out of town guests attending were Mr. and Mrs. Bert Eberts of Owen, John Qualheim of Stanley, Mr. and Mrs. Pirl Burrington and family of Greenwood, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Klaar and family of Colby.
