Fohrman, Lucille A. (15 JUL 1941)

Wearing an entrained dress of silk marquisette and a finger-tip veil caught to a beaded head band, Miss Lucille Alma Fohrman, oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Fohrman of the Town of Beaver, exchanged marriage vows with Clarence Ernest Miller of Colby, before the Rev. Franklin Albrecht at the St. John’s Lutheran Church at Riplinger at 4 o’clock Tuesday afternoon.

Roses and baby’s breath made up the bride’s bouquet and was repeated in the wrist corsages worn by her attendants, Miss Mavis Fohrman, sister of the bride, maid of honor, and Mrs. Harold Ludwig, bridesmaid. The former wore a blue marquisette gown and the later was attired in pink. Each wore a matching shoulder-length veil.

Edward Miller, brother of the groom, was best man, and Harold Ludwig served as groomsman.

Immediate relatives attended a supper which followed the ceremony and a reception was held in the church parlors.

The bride graduated from the Loyal High School in 1940, and has for the past six weeks been employed at the George Foelsch home where they will reside.

Mr. Miller is employed as a cheesemaker for Mr. Foelsch in the Township of Beaver.
