Surnames: Wibben, Bahr, Brandt ---Source: ABBOTSFORD TRIBUNE (Abbotsford, Clark Co., WI) 9 June 1932 ---Wibben, Katherine (Marriage – 4 JUNE 1932) Miss Katherine Wibben of Abbotsford became the bride of Edwin Bahr of Marathon, at a ceremony in Christ’s Lutheran church in Abbotsford, Saturday June 4, at 1 o’clock, the Rev. J. Brandt performing the ceremony. The bride was dressed in white silk with tulle veil, and carried a bouquet of pink roses and white sweet peas. Miss Alice Wibben, who was the bridesmaid, wore pink silk and carried a bouquet of mixed flowers. The groom was attended by Alvin Bahr. Following the ceremony a reception and wedding dance was held. Mr. and Mrs. Bahr will make their home in Marathon. |
