(7 DEC 1943) Announcement of the marriage of Miss Beverlee jean Moen, Waukegan, Ill., daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arvid Heikkinen, Owen (Clark Co., Wis.), to Seaman 1/c Arnie S. Niemi, Miami, Florida, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kauno Niemi, Withee, has been received here by relatives. The wedding taking place Tuesday, Dec. 7, 1943, at Miami, Fla. The bride is a graduate of the Withee High School class of 1943, and the groom graduated from the same school with the class of 1939. Mrs. Niemi chose a street dress of navy blue with blue accessories as her wedding outfit, and the couple were attended by Miami friends. The groom was dressed in his navy uniform. Mr. and Mrs. Niemi will make their home in Miami, Fla., where he is now stationed, and their many friends here and at Withee extend to them best wishes for a happy wedded life. |
