Anderson, Mr./Mrs. Maurice (15th Anniv. – 28 Sept. 1955)

Mrs. H. W. Neumann invited other relatives and friends to gather at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Anderson Sunday evening and surprise them in observance of their 15th Wedding Anniversary which was Wednesday, September 28.

Mr. and Mrs. Anderson were married September 28, 1940 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Spencer, with the late Rev. A. C. Stapel officiating.

Present Sunday evening at the Anderson home were Mr. and Mrs. H. W. Neumann, Ken and Jerry, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Anderson and family, Mr. and Mrs. Victor Anderson and family, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Melander, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Bruesewitz, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Bruesewitz, and Mr. and Mrs. Albert Neuman, of Marshfield; Mr. and Mrs. Glen Landwehr and Jeffrey, Stratford.

Sheephead and 500 were played and prizes awarded to Mrs. Arnold Bruesewitz, Mrs. Ed Melander and H. W. Neumann. Lunch was served by Mrs. Neumann assisted by some of the guests and a social time followed. Mr. and Mrs. Anderson received many gifts.

The guests departed after midnight wishing Mr. and Mrs. Anderson many more happy anniversaries.
