Wm. Will of Colby, was seen on our streets, Monday.

J. E. Lyons of Colby, was seen on our streets Monday.

Ed. Vogt took in the Grand Prix at Milwaukee, Saturday.

Mrs. Marsh of Colby, spent Sunday afternoon here calling on friends.

Manual Evenson of Stetsonville, was in our village Friday on business.

Miss Flossie Anderson attended the North Clark Co. Fair at Owen, Saturday.

Mrs. G. Groelle spent Sunday with her son O. H. and wife, at Abbotsford.

Mr. and Mrs. S. J. Falck were Marshfield callers, Saturday afternoon.

Mr. Smiley of Fond du Lac, spent Monday afternoon with relatives here.

Ed. Gallet of Marshfield transacted business here the fore part of the week.

Mrs. Victor Matson and daughter Emma did shopping at Marshfield Monday.

Judge Pors of Marshfield, was in our village a few hours Friday on business.

Mr. Umhoefer and son A. X. of Colby, were business visitors here Saturday.

Mrs. H. Burgess returned home Saturday on No. 111, from her visit at Marshfield.

L. H. Cook of Wausau was the guest of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. Cook here Tuesday.

Quite a number from here attended the turkey shoot and dance at March Rapids, last Sunday.

John Paustenbach of Abbotsford, was a business visitor in our village Monday, between trains.

The Old Kentucky Jubilee Quartet will be at Pettet’s opera house, Wednesday evening, Oct. 23rd.

Born to Mr. and Mrs. Geo. S. Cook, a baby boy, Monday, Oct. 7th. Both mother and babe doing nicely.

W. E. Morgan, Wm. Creed and son Nyole and J. A. Pettet autoed to Marshfield, Saturday afternoon.

Mr. Riplinger and son Ben accompanied by Doc. Harding of Colby, transacted business here Saturday.

The Union Ladies’ Aid will meet at the home of Miss L. Wood next week, Thursday, Oct. 17th. Everyone invited.

Mrs. Ervin Burnett and daughter returned home from Marshfield, where they had been visiting relatives.

S. A. Cook and daughter Maud of Neenah autoed up here Monday and spent a day or so with relatives and old friends.

Mr. and Mrs. John Bingen and son, Mr. and Mrs. Mertle of Marshfield, were the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Creed, Sunday.

Geo. Peterson and Mr. Lone of Phillips, were in our city Saturday afternoon, looking for men and heavy horses, to work for the Kneeland McLury Lumber Co. of that place.
