Mother and baby are fine. Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Timmler and Mrs. Nellie Kapfer spent Sunday evening at the Guy Schultz home. Mr. and Mrs. George Holub, Mrs. Marie Matousek and Mr. and Mrs. Ladd Holub and Lorraine spent Sunday at the Joe Holub, Sr., home. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Wall were supper guests at the Louie Lautenbach home Sunday. Arne Opelt went to Milwaukee Monday for his examination. Edward Murphy and Joe Holub, Jr., called on Guy Schultz Sunday. Mrs. Subke and Dorothy had supper at the Otto Schlimme home in Neillsville Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Louie Lautenbach spent Sunday forenoon at the Carl Opelt home. Mr. and Mrs. Norman White spent Saturday evening at the Fred Palmer home. Mrs. Guy Schultz spent last Wednesday afternoon with Mrs. Floyd Hagie. Mr. and Mrs. James Macena and Marjory Macena of Chicago spent last week with Mr. and Mrs. Joe Macena. James is home on furlough. Mrs. Peter Honzik, Sr., Mrs. Seidelman, Mrs. Herman Meier, Mrs. Marie Matousek, Mrs. Holub, Mrs. McCarthy, Mrs. Macena, Mrs. Louie Matousek and Mrs. James Matousek helped Mrs. Charles Shramek, Jr., strip feathers last Friday. Mrs. Glawson spent Tuesday with Mrs. Louie Lautenbach. Mr. and Mrs. Norman White called on Mrs. Carl Opelt Sunday. Kenneth Opelt returned home Sunday, after spending a week with his grandfather, Mack, at Sheridan. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Subke and Fred Ziebel spent Tuesday evening with Frank Dobes. Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Holub and Joe Holub, Jr., spent Saturday evening at the Joe Holub, Sr., home. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hardy spent the week-end at the Riphenburg home. Mr. and Mrs. Joe Macena and Marjory and Mr. and Mrs. Macena of Chicago called at the Peter Honzik, Sr., home last Wednesday evening.
