The Rev. S. A. Gutknecht was the officiating pastor. Miss Jeanette Beaver of Marshfield was maid of honor. Mrs. Mark Rudy, Marshfield, and Miss Astyre Hammer of Appleton served as bridesmaids. The bride wore a white formal gown of duchess satin, and a finger tip veil attached to a tiara of rhinestones and seed pearls. The house was decorated with pink and white streamers and white wedding bells. A wedding cake with a miniature bride and groom centered the bridal table. After June 1, the couple will be at home on the farm of the groom’s parents near Chili. A wedding dance was held in the evening at Marshfield. Both the bride and groom are graduates of the Marshfield high school, and the bride also attended Central State Teachers’ college. She has taught in Clark county the past three years.
