HEMLOCK Jan. 31

Mrs. Fred Limprecht drove down to York last Wednesday returning home the following Saturday.

Owing to ill health, C. W. Chandler was compelled to leave his work in camp and come home.

Mrs. K. Anderson returned home last Saturday, where she had been for the greater part of two weeks caring for her son.

Mr. and Mrs. Tupper came out from their farm last Sunday and took dinner with their daughter, Mrs. Tom Wilson.

Jesse Colby of Thorp--or is it Eidsvold--was in Hemlock last Saturday. His little brother-in-law, Willie Lunprecht, accompanied him home.

The many friends of Miss Mabel Moore will regret to hear that the illness from which she has been suffering so long has been pronounced by Dr. Conroy (as) appendicitis, and will necessitate an operation.

Miss Georgia Anderson intends to leave for La Crosse next Saturday, where she goes to take a course in stenography.
