Bio: Habuck, Family Reunion (2008)
Surname: Habuck ---Source: Tribune-Phonograph (Abbotsford, Clark Co., Wis.) Volume 48, Number 35, August 27, 2008, page 16 Habuck Family Reunion, (Unity - 2008) Relation from Alaska, Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin attended the Habuck family reunion held at the Spencer Lions Club shelter. The youngest attendee was a 7 week old great great-granddaughter of Oscar and Clara Habuck. The family celebrated with potluck lunch, picture taking of the various family groups, and memories were shared as well as written by their ninth child and sung to the tune of “Shall We Gather by the River.” A glass heart was given to each of the in-laws as a symbol of the love share in the family. Note cards containing pictures taken by another family member, which included a poem by her sitter, was given to each family. Next year the reunion will he held at Cherokee Park in August. |
