July 8, 1948 ---Perushek, Angeline (Marriage – 30 June 1948) At a nuptial mass at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 30, (1948), Miss Angeline Perushek, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. Perushek of Willard, became the bride of Dale Schultz, son of Mr. and Mrs. Guy Schultz of Neillsville. The wedding took place in the Holy Family Catholic Church at Willard, with Rev. Father Bernard Ambrozic officiating at the single ring ceremony. The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, wore a princess style gown of white satin sleeves, and a full train edged in lace. Her fingertip veil fell from a crown of seed pearls, and her bouquet was of white roses. Her sister, Miss Ann Perushek, of Chicago, was maid of honor, and was gowned in pink sheer. Jeanette Carl of Neillsville, the bridesmaid, wore a matching gown of blue. Best man was Larry McKevitt, of Black River Falls, and groomsman was Tony Perushek. A wedding dinner was held at the home of the bride’s parents, for 40 guests, and a reception later at the home of the groom’s parents, after which the young couple left for a wedding trip of unannounced destination. The bride, who graduated from Neillsville High and subsequently from State Teachers’ College at Eau Claire, has been teaching the seventh grade in the Neillsville south side school, and had previously taught at Dells Dam and Granton. The groom, also a Neillsville High graduate, is employed at the Chevrolet garage in Neillsville. Out-of-town guests at the wedding included Mrs. Ludwig Perushek of Duluth; Miss Ann Perushek and Miss Pauline Perushek of Chicago; Mr. and Mrs. Arne Bakken and Maryann, Mr. and Mrs. L. R. McKevitt of Black River Falls; Frank and Bernard Abend of Hixton; and Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Schultz of Hatfield.
