Mr. and Mrs. Ben Janus and son LeRoy of Chicago, and Mrs. Harry Phillips and granddaughter Donna Gibson of Detroit, are spending ten days visiting at the Mrs. Katherine Kaczor and Louis Kaczor homes.

Mrs. Walter Bohn Sr., Mrs. Hollis Decker, Mrs. Louis Kaczor, Mrs. I. Sisco, Mrs. H. Roesler, Mrs. Deauchamp and Mrs. Joe Kulwiec attended the Social Club a the Ed Lund cottage on Old Abe Lake one day last week.

Mr. and Mrs. Melton Possley and daughters of Green Bay are visiting relatives here in Thorp.

Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Frenette were business callers at Colby on Tuesday.

Mrs. Sherman Alger and sons are spending a few weeks at Solon Springs visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. George Pluntz.

Norby Michaleski of Chicago spent a few days this week at the J. Pawelek home.

Miss Ann Przybylski spent the Fourth of July weekend visiting at her parental home, Mr. and Mrs. Mike Przybylski.

The W.R.C. Social Club spent Saturday at the J.E. Lund cottage at Jim Falls.

Charles Pettitt is entertaining his daughter Jean from Minneapolis the past few days.

Mr. and Mrs. Herman Lutz spent Sunday visiting a the home of Mrs. Ann Lutz at Owen.

Charles G. Fischer returned home by his plane Friday evening and left Monday noon for Kenosha. Two friends joined him in his car at Westfield, Wis., who are also employed at Nash-Kelvinator Plant. His plane is being repaired at the present time.
