Obit: Laabs, Mrs. Ferdinand (1889? - 1921)
Surnames: LAABS CARLTON ---------Source: OWEN ENTERPRISE (Owen, Clark County, Wis.) 02/24/1921 --------- Laabs, Mrs. Ferdinand (1889? - 17 FEB 1921) The many friends of Mrs. Ferdinand Laabs were saddened on Thursday of last week to hear of her death at Denver, Col., where the family had gone for her health two years ago. The remains were brought to Curtiss, Clark County, Wis., to the F. W. Laabs home, and the funeral was held from the Norwegian Lutheran Church on Tuesday afternoon, Rev. H. A. Nordby officiating. The deceased was 31 years of age and leaves to mourn her death, her husband and daughter Evelyn, age 7; also a sister, Mrs. A. Carlton of Toronto, Canada, and three brothers. Relatives from out of town attending the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. W. Laabs and children of Greenwood; Mr. and Mrs. Emil Laabs of Longwood, and Mr. and Mrs. A. Laabs of Colby. |
