In the matter of the will David Kosten; hearing proof of will. In the matter of commitment of Otto Rusch, et al; hearing of application to commit to Sparta school. In the matter of the estate of Ephriam Sanford; hearing petition of administration. For the special term, held Dec. 13th, the following will be heard: In the matter of the estate of Cornelius Whitney; hearing of petition for administration. COURT NOTES: State vs Hummel; convicted and sentenced to Waupun for 2 years. State vs Christie; confessed judgment. Rio vs Davis; tried and plaintiff secured judgment of $223.32 Eggett vs Allen; tried and went to jury yesterday. Ackerman vs Lowe; judgment for defendant. Plan Mfg. Co. vs Markham; on trail. Lawandawski vs Schultz, dismissed on technicality. Upham Mfg. Co. vs Garbush; settled out of court. Alice Durham vs Kit Durham; divorce granted. |
