Obit: Nielsen, Anne R. (1858 - 1925)
Surnames: NIELSEN ---------Source: OWEN ENTERPRISE (Owen, Clark County, Wis.) 12/31/1925 --------- Nielsen, Anne R. (1858 - 28 DEC 1925) Anne R. Nielsen, wife of Morton Nielsen, died Monday noon at the Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire, at which place she had gone for treatment three weeks before her death. She had been ill for the past ten months, but it was only until a short time ago that her condition became serious and a week before her death she submitted to an operation, with a belief that a cure could be affected. She had been a resident of the village of Withee, Clark County, Wis. for a good mnay years, and at the time of her death she was sixty-seven years of age. She leaves to mourn, her husband, two sons, George and Sophus, and three daughters, Anna and Irene, George Nielsen is now in Nebraska, while the other members of the family were home when their mother died. Funeral services were held this afternoon from the Danish Lutheran Church at Withee, interment taking place in the church cemetery. The bereaved family has the heartfelt sympathy of the entire community in the passing of their wife and mother. |
