Alfred James Burdick was born on 22 March 1865 at Green Lake, Wisconsin. His parents were Asa James Burdick and Martha Cornelia (Youmans) Burdick. He was a blacksmith in Lindsey WI. He married Flora Ann Kiser on 14 September 1890 at Sherman Ridge, Wisconsin. They had six children: George, Martha, Edna, Julia, Anna and Lillian. Alfred died on 1 April 1930 at Lindsey, Wisconsin, and is buried at the Lynn Cemetery. Flora Ann (Kiser) Burdick was born on 9 May 1866 at Hokie, Minnesota. Her parents were George & Julia Anna (Crouch) Kiser. She died on 21 December 1933 at Lindsey, Wisconsin. She is also buried in the Lynn Cemetery.
