Mr. and Mrs. Burdell Bulgrin of Chicago were weekend visitors at the home of his mother, Mrs. Mary Bulgrin.  They have just recently returned from a three week honeymoon in Old Mexico.  They were married Feb. 16, 1963 in the First Methodist Church of Chicago Lawn at half past three in the afternoon, Rev. James R. Stone of Hibbing, Minn., and Rev. Donald E. Walden of Chicago were the officiating ministers at their wedding.  During the wedding ceremony Charles Johnson rendered three solos, “Wedding Prayer,” “The House of God,” and “Wedding by Benediction,” accompanied by organist Phyllis Silhan.

The bride, Anita Louise Clark, was given in marriage by her brother, James Clark.  Her attendants included her sister, Miss Gloria Clark, Miss Judith Slotwinski, Mrs. Linda Kollacks.  The three attendants were dressed in emerald green velvet with white fur pillbox hats with circular net veils and white fur muffs.  An American Beauty red rose was worn on the muffs.  The bride was dressed in a floor length white silk organza gown which was designed with three-quarter length sleeves and scooped neckline and small train.  She wore a fingertip veil and carried a bouquet of three lovely white orchids surrounded by white stephanotis and carnations.

The groom was attended by his brother, Lyle Bulgrin, cousin, Thomas Smiley of Stanley, and Harold Edmonson of Chicago.  They wore black tuxedos.

The bride’s mother viewed her daughter’s wedding in blue velvet with blue and black accessories.  The groom’s mother was in blue wool and lurex with rose and bronze accessories. They both wore a blue orchid and white carnations in their corsage.

The reception was held in the church parlors immediately following the ceremony.  A 6:00 o’clock dinner was served at Neilsen’s Quaint German style restaurant, 7840 South Western Av. in Chicago to over 70 guests.

The new Mrs. Bulgrin is employed as a stenographer for a chemical company in Chicago.  Mr. Bulgrin is employed by the Santa Fe in the communications department.  They are at home to their friends at 6822 S. Wood Street, Chicago.

Guests at the wedding included Rev. and Mrs. James R. Stone of Hibbing, Mr. and Mrs. L.E. Smiley and daughter Barbara, and son, Thomas, and Miss Elaine Samuelson of Stanley.
