The marriage of Mrs. Estella Coan of this city (Greenwood, Clark County) and Mr. Melvin Erickson of Longwood, took place at 9:00 Thursday morning, June 30, 1921 at the local Catholic parsonage. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Achtlich.

Following the ceremony the couple left in their auto for Waupaca, where they will spend several weeks at the lakes.

Sometime ago a shower was given in honor of the bride at the home of Mrs. A. C. Buker by the Owl Sewing Club and other friends. She was presented with a beautiful set of salad forks.

Both the bride and groom are well known here where they spent time the greater part of their lives. They will make their home at Longwood, where the groom owns a store.

Their many friends joining the Gleaner in extending congratulations and best wishes for many years of happy wedded life.
