Alfred as Captain:  Earlier photo of Alfred supposedly while he held the rank of Captain.
 

Knights Templar: Alfred about 90 years old.  In this image, he is wearing his uniform of Superior Commander of the Knights Templar.

 

Alfred with Calvin Coolidge and the GAR.  Taken at Superior High School 1929.  Alfred, President Coolidge, and Many ladies with GAR on their sashes as well.  The family assumes Emeline is the gal in black to Alfred’s left.
