Joseph Cwikla, Farmer who lived in Owen, Clark Co., WI

Joe Cwikla lived just south of Owen Wisconsin. He was a member of St. Mary's Church in Owen, WI and he died in 1994.

This is a photo of Joseph Cwikla's farm circa 1947-1949. He later added on a bathroom, a larger kitchen and a hallway between the kitchen and the basement cellar steps. He also sided the house, raised the barn and put concrete blocks under it and later built a large machine shed. The circles on the photo next to the house are all pine trees which were quite large and provided a great park-like setting on both sides of the house.
