Schmitz celebration is golden

 

 

Jerry and Lila Schmitz observed their Golden Anniversary on Saturday, May 20, 2006, at the Silver Dome Ballroom.

 

 

A reception and open house was held with a supper for many relatives and friends; which was followed by a dance with music by the Firemen Five Band.

 

 

The children and their families were present: Tim and Jane, Molly, Ali, Matt Schmitz, from Granton; Terry and Sandy, Tara, Kortney, Logan and Mick Schmitz, from Granton; David and Karen, Kelsey, Kenzie, Carter, of Germantown, WI; Kevin, Shelly, Kolin Schmitz and Jason Kirth, of Neillsville.

 

The attendants that attended were: Velda Galloway, North Carolina; Ronald Schmitz, Stratford; Betty Tasse, Granton; Stan Sternitzky, Cameron; Lois O’Donnell, California; Larson and Don Barsch, Granton.  One attendant, Cyril Tasse, is deceased.

 

Relatives traveled from all corners of the U.S.  Some were from Texas, North Carolina, California, Oklahoma, Michigan, Minneapolis and many areas around Wisconsin.  (Contributed photos)
