WILLIAM DOLLASE--(1903-1992)

 
William Dollase, 89, Greenwood, Clark County, died Thursday, Dec. 10, 1992, at Neillsville Memorial Hospital emergency room, Neillsville. Graveside committal services were held at the Greenwood City Cemetery, Greenwood. Cremation rites have been accorded cremains will be buried at the Greenwood City Cemetery at a later date.


William Dollase was born Dec. 22, 1903, in Fort Atkinson, to William and Bertha (nee Seelow) Dollase. He received his education in the town of York.


After school, he worked on the family farm. He later worked for Truman Hill at the Greenwood Funeral Home for several years. He also painted houses for many years. He married Hazel Swamb. She preceded him in death.


Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Hilda King, Neillsville and many nieces and nephews.


He was preceded in death by his wife, his parents, one daughter, one brother, and two sisters.


Gesch Funeral Home, Inc., handled the arrangements.
