OBITUARY OF MRS. EMALIA HUBER


Emalia Christine Huber, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. R. E. Larson, three and one quarter miles northeast of Greenwood, Clark County, Tuesday, Oct. 18th, 1932 at 3:30 p.m. The cause of her death was complications.


Mrs. Huber was born Oct. 31, 1861 in Vesterveck, Sweden, making her 70 years, 11 months and 18 days.


She came to America in 1887, was married to Gustave Schultz and made their home in Chicago. To this union were born three daughters, Mrs. N.J. Milner of Silvis, Ill., Mrs. R. E. Larson of Greenwood, Wis., and Mrs. Hazel Adair of Oakland, Cal. Her husband died in the year of 1900.


She married again in 1902 to Harry Huber. She also leaves to mourn her loss a sister, Mrs. Ida Esping of Moline, Ill., fourteen grandchildren. A twin sister and younger sister preceded her in death.


The services were conducted by Rev. and Mrs. A.R. Palmer, Miss Elizabeth Hay and Allen Getz of Waukesha. Remains were laid to rest in the Greenwood Cemetery.


Little Granny as she was known by all her friends, young and old, will be well remembered by her kind and thoughtful disposition.


The out of town relatives here to attended the funeral were: Mrs. Ida Esping and daughter, Mrs. W.F. Hepburn of Moline, Ill. Mrs. N.J. Miner and small daughter and Charles Johnson and A. L. Larson of Silvis, Ill.
