HERMAN JORSTAD


After four long years of suffering, in which he had borne his affliction bravely, Herman Jorstad, aged 25 years, of Longwood, Clark County, passed to quiet rest and peace, passing away last Wednesday evening, Sept. 22, 1909.


Funeral services were conducted at the M. E. Church Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock, the Rev. W. E. Marsh of Greenwood officiating. Interment was in the Lutheran Cemetery.


About four years ago Mr. Jorstad fell off a building on which he was working at St. Paul and injured his leg, from which tuberculosis set in and was the cause of his death. The bereaved family has the sympathy of the entire community.
