Services for Dale John Clintsman, 52, and his wife, Connie Rae, 49, Loyal, Clark County, who died Tuesday, July 27, 1993, in an automobile accident at Wisconsin Dells, were held at 10 a.m. Friday, July 30, 1993, at Assembly of God Church, Marshfield.


Rev. Art Scottberg officiated. Soloists were Sarah Brown and Jeff Smith. Burial was in the Loyal City Cemetery.


Pallbearers for Mr. Clintsman were Donald Bauer, Lester Bloom, Arvin Verhulst, John Zimmer, Norman Seares Sr., and Gary Krause.


Pallbearers for Mrs. Clintsman were Chris Klimpke, Josh and Ben Grambsch, Steve Anderson, Joseph Anderson and Mike Brown.


Dale John Clintsman was born March 19, 1941, in Greenwood, to Fred and Luella (nee Sharp) Clintsman. He attended Greenwood area schools. Connie Rae Grambsch was born July 8, 1944, in Marshfield, to Clyde and Eva (nee Essex) Grambsch. She received her education in Loyal. They were married June 17, 1961, in Loyal. They farmed in the Greenwood area and later moved to Loyal, where they continued farming. Dale also worked at E-Z Kamper in Loyal as a parts man for five years. While continuing farming, he also started his own business, D D Repair, with his son in 1987. In addition to farming with her husband, she also worked as a secretary at E-Z Kamper. She later worked as a secretary at Loyal Elementary School for 17 years. The were members of Assembly of God Church and the Tri-County Antique Auto Club. She was also coordinator of Boys and Girls Missionary Crusade.


They are survived by one son, David (Sherry) Clintsman, Loyal one daughter, Mrs. Mark (Susan) Prior, Loyal and six grandchildren. He is also survived by his mother of Abbotsford one brother, Ted, Wausau and four sisters, Mrs. Marie Thompson, Abbotsford Mrs. Irene Hohman, Watertown Mrs. Raymond (Shirley) Kurth, Wausau and Mrs. James (Nell) Goetz, Minocqua. She is also survived by her father and step-mother, Clyde and Audrey Grambsch, Loyal one brother, C. Robert Grambsch, Loyal and two sisters, Mrs. Charles (Carmella) Anderson, St. Louis Park, Minn. and Mrs. Kevin (Mary) Klimpke, Greenwood.


He was preceded in death by his father. She was preceded in death by her mother.


A memorial will be set up at a later date.


Rinka Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
